Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in courses or using services provided by GlamCraft Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment: Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of registration requirements.

Payment: Full payment is due at time of enrollment unless a payment plan is arranged. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

Materials: Course fees include instruction and basic materials. Professional makeup kits may be purchased separately.

Student Responsibilities

Attend classes punctually and participate actively in coursework
Maintain professional conduct during all academy activities
Complete assignments and practical assessments as required
Respect academy property and fellow students
Follow health and safety protocols in all practical sessions

Certification Requirements

Students must complete all required coursework, pass practical assessments, and meet attendance requirements (minimum 90%) to receive certification. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all program requirements.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, techniques, and educational content are the intellectual property of GlamCraft Academy. Students may not reproduce or distribute academy materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GlamCraft Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for courses. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is governed by Canadian law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.
