Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Important: Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any GlamCraft Academy courses. All refunds are subject to the terms outlined below and Canadian consumer protection laws.

Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection legislation, you may cancel your enrollment within 10 business days of signing your enrollment agreement for a full refund, provided you have not attended more than 10% of the total course hours.

Early Withdrawal Refunds

Before Course Start: 100% refund if cancelled 7+ days before course start date. Cancellations within 7 days: 90% refund.

During First Week: 75% refund if withdrawal occurs within first 10% of course completion.

After 10% Completion: Refunds calculated based on unused portion of course, minus administrative fee of $150 CAD.

After 50% Completion: No refunds available, but course credits may be issued for future enrollment.

Non-Refundable Items

Medical and Emergency Withdrawals

Special consideration may be given for withdrawals due to serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances. Documentation may be required. Contact our student services team to discuss options.

Course Changes and Cancellations

If GlamCraft Academy cancels or significantly modifies a course, students will receive:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days using the original payment method. Refunds will be issued in Canadian dollars and may be subject to currency conversion fees.
